Where are your clothes made?

All our clothing is embroidered and screen printed by a local supplier (thanks Brad!) who makes them for us in small batches! We do our absolute best to support other local small businesses whenever we can!

How long does shipping take?

Currently orders take 5-10 business days to ship. Sometimes we can get things out sooner, sometimes it takes a little longer, but we're always working hard to get you your order asap!! Please be mindful that shipping times can be delayed due to COVID and around holidays and when there's crazy weather (it does snow a lot here in Utah).

My package is missing or lost, what do I do?

The best option is for you to reach out to your local post office with the tracking number and have them look for it. That's usually enough to get it moving towards you and sometimes they'll have more information about delays. Please also note that a lot of times USPS marks packages "delivered" a day or two before they actually arrive, so odds are it's just on a truck and will show up in a couple days! Unfortunately if your package really is lost we can't be held responsible as we're only a small business, and you'll need to contact USPS to file a claim. It is also your responsibility to make sure you enter your address correctly. Any packages returned to us will be subject to a re-shipment charge and we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue refunds or send out replacements in the unfortunate event that your package doesn't arrive. Remember it's always best to check around your mailbox or with your neighbors first to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong place!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all of our clothing is made to order we currently are not offering returns or exchanges.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images, designs, or content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
